REFUND POLICy - TERMS &CONDITION

For our weeknight meals, seasonal or festive platters cancellation or change of mind refund 'DOES NOT' apply 

CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED IN WITH FULL  PAYMENT. GROUP OR COUPLE DISCOUNTS APPLIES WHEN BOOKING IS MADE ALL AT ONCE  IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION .

1. All cancellation requests must be in writing.

2. In the event a student needs to cancel a booked class more than 7 days prior to the class refund will be made available ‘minus 50% of the fees’ or an option to reschedule to another class (subject to availability within that class) or a credit note of equivalent amount will be made available.

3. No refund is available for cancellation within 7 days of a class.You can however reschedule to another class (subject to availability within that class). All cancellations of a class within 48 hours of the scheduled class, the full amount of the class will be forfeited and no option to reschedule or credit note will be available. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend EAT AS YOU LIKE cooking lesson - Simply email us their name, contact number and any dietary requirements along with their photo ID and we will do our best to accommodate them.

4. We do not send reminder notices for our Classes and Services. If you miss the class, we do not provide refunds or credit notes.

2. If confirmed number of guests increases at the last minute EAT AS YOU LIKE must be notified at least 3 days in advance. We will endeavour to accommodate any last-minute requests however cannot guarantee.

3. EAT AS YOU LIKE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning our culinary school. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter all students will be notified within 48 hours of the class commencement date, and the option to reschedule class to another date. In the event a class or Service is rescheduled or relocated and you are unable to attend as a result, we will of course provide you with a full refund using the same method by which you paid, or (if you prefer) a credit note for you to attend another class or service at a later date. 

4. Should EAT AS YOU LIKE Culinary School be unable to provide for your class due to circumstances beyond our control of The Culinary School is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur.

5. MEDIA RELEASE: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorise EAT AS YOU LIKE to obtain photographs and other event multimedia for the purposes of promotion and advertising.

6. To ensure that our class runs smoothly, please treat the booking as you would a theatre ticket and turn up on time for the beginning of the class. We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your class as we will be preparing for your class until this time.

7. EAT AS YOU LIKE Culinary School holds the right to refuse a student to attend a class if we feel they are intoxicated or may cause harm to themselves or anyone else attending the scheduled class

Once you have discussed your brief please send us an email with your individual requirement based on which EAT AS YOU LIKE will create a quotation for you. This written quotation will remain valid for 30 days from date of issue. In the instance that the event brief alters, we will review and reissue the quotation.

To ensure maximum value and efficiency Eat As You Like requires confirmation regarding ‘final head count’ at least 14 days prior to the Event Date

Order Confirmation must be received in writing with full payment  to EAT AS YOU LIKE at least 14 days prior to Event Date. 

No refund is available within 7 days of event.

If cancellation occurs prior to 7 days of the event full refund will be made available ‘minus 10% of the Total Order Value’

Slippage Clause :  EAT AS YOU LIKE  reserves the right to requote on revised numbers, should the numbers reduce by 10% of the proposal
